Aceclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) analog of diclofenac. It is used for the relief of pain and inflammation in rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and ankylosing spondylitis.

Paracetamol drug is used to treat mild to moderate pain (from headaches, menstrual periods, toothaches, backaches, osteoarthritis, or cold/flu aches and pains) and to reduce fever.

Thiocolchicoside belongs to a group of medicines called muscle relaxants used to reduce and relieve pain due to muscle spasms (painful muscular contractions) associated with degenerative vertebral disorders, vertebral static problems, dorsal pain, low back pain, and torticollis (neck muscle contractions).
